Welcome! My name is Joelle am I am the owner of 716 Arch Studio. I have worked in the beauty industry for more than 16 years, specializing in custom brow shaping and waxing. I’ve built my career around helping people feel confident, beautiful, and comfortable in their own skin. After a long and rewarding career at Ulta Beauty, I decided to take the next step and open 716 Arch Studio—a space of my own where I can continue doing what I love while creating a more personal experience for every client who walks through my door. My passion goes beyond shaping brows. Whether you’re struggling with sparse brows, uneven growth, or simply unsure how to achieve a shape that complements your features, I’m here to help you find a look that feels right for you. But what means the most to me is the relationships I build along the way. Over the years, my clients have become so much more than appointments on my schedule. They’ve become familiar faces, true friends and trusted connections. My clients are absolutely the most important part of why I love what I do. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy: To ensure optimal service and availability for all of our clients, we kindly request that you provide a minimum of 4 hours notice for any appointment cancellations. If a cancellation is made with less than 4 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 30% of the scheduled service price will be charged to your account. I understand that emergencies happen. So please, don’t hesitate to call or text me before a cancellation. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in allowing us to efficiently manage our schedule and accommodate every client. No call/ No Show: I understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. However, not showing up for a scheduled appointment impacts not just myself, but other clients. Therefore, if there is no prior notice given and you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged for the full amount of the scheduled services. I recommend that you contact me in advance if your plans change so we can reschedule accordingly and avoid unnecessary charges. Late policy: Please try to arrive a few minutes before your scheduled appointment, and have all electronic forms filled out prior to your arrival. If you are late for your appointment, it may need to be rescheduled, as I may not be able to perform the scheduled service/es within the time constraint. If the appointment has to be rescheduled due to lateness (please see cancellation policy), you may be charged 30% of your scheduled service fee. If you are running late, please call the studio, so that we can plan accordingly. Appointments that are 10+ minutes late, are considered a no show (please see no show policy)and are subject to a charge in the full amount of the service/s that were booked.
